You can imagine what that means for those 30 minutes! It’s high intensity riding, stamina boosting, mood enhancing, a full body strength and fitness experience. Not to be shy’d away from {it’s meant to challenge}, but definitely not for the faint of heart. We use noise cancelling, Sound Off headphones to ensure you can hear the instructor and playlist crystal clear, the headphones also allow you the opportunity to enjoy your workout at a volume preference that is comfortable for you.
