If your package is opened and has 80% or less of the sticks, your order is not eligible for an exchange. Sample packs, final sale items and opened bulk powder are not eligible for an exchange. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process the exchange.
Customers who opted for Redo Return coverage are eligible for a free return label. If Redo was not selected on the order, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Mixhers offers products that can be purchased through a subscription, which will automatically renew unless cancelled. By subscribing, the payment method of your choice will be charged the subscription amount and will renew every month, or the delivery cadence (“Billing Period”).
