Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on Mixhers products.
To start a return or exchange, please read through the qualifications below. To initiate a return or exchange, please email help@mixhers.com.
Please note, we are only able to accept returns/exchanges for orders purchased from mixhers.com. We do not offer returns or exchanges on gift cards or sample packs.
All returns and exchanges must be processed online. We do not offer in-person returns.
Damages and Issues
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange the item for a new one. Please email a picture of the item to help@mixhers.com within 30 days of receiving your product to request a replacement.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your flavor, we would be happy to do a flavor exchange for you. To exchange, you will need the receipt or order confirmation email. To start an exchange, please email us at help@mixhers.com.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process the exchange. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels or shipping materials.
Refunds
If you would like to return for store credit or return to the original method of payment, we are happy to help!
To be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment, your product must be unopened, in original condition, and have all the sticks present. You will also need the receipt or order confirmation email. To start a return, please email help@mixhers.com.
