Each serving contains 35 mg of caffeine from green tea extract. For reference, a cup of coffee contains 100 mg of caffeine and a 12 oz soda contains 46 mg.

How often should I use Mixhers Energy and at what time of the day?

If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend drinking Mixhers Energy in the first half of the day. Caffeine can interfere with your body’s natural sleep cues.
