Return Policy
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
MIXHERS OFFERS PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH A SUBSCRIPTION, WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELED. BY SUBSCRIBING, THE PAYMENT METHOD OF YOUR CHOICE WILL BE CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT AND WILL RENEW EVERY 30 DAYS, OR THE DELIVERY CADENCE (“BILLING PERIOD”).
SUBSCRIPTIONS CAN BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME THROUGH YOUR CUSTOMER PORTAL, OR BY CONTACTING MIXHERS SUPPORT AT HELP@MIXHERS.COM.
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPTLY UPDATING ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT AND ACCURATE (E.G. CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE). YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY US IF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS CANCELED OR IS NO LONGER VALID. CHANGES TO SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE MADE IN YOUR CUSTOMER PORTAL OR BY EMAILING MIXHERS SUPPORT AT HELP@MIXHERS.COM.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Any unopened and undamaged items are eligible for return for 90 days from your order date. If your package is opened and has 50% or more of the sticks, you will receive a prorated refund. If your package is opened and has 50% or less of the sticks, your order is not eligible for return or refund. Gift cards, sample packs, final sale items and opened bulk powder are not eligible for return or refund.

Once Mixhers receives your return, the team will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If our inspections find that the returned item has been used or damaged, and is therefore not suitable for resale, we will not issue a refund or store credit.
EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your flavor and have 50% of the sticks unopened, we would be happy to do a flavor exchange for you. If your package is opened and has 50% or less of the sticks, your order is not eligible for an exchange. Sample packs, final sale items and opened bulk powder are not eligible for an exchange.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process the exchange.
REDO RETURN COVERAGE
Customers who opted for Redo Return coverage are eligible for a free return label. If Redo was not selected on the order, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
